It allows the advantageous combination of the features listed below.
1. The drain is recorded permanently, without gaps (at approx. 20 cm/s) (fish eye lens)
2. The damage can be measured (length, width, area) conveniently by mouse click (fish key, zoom lens, fold-out pipe view).
3. The optical zoom lens enables an unsurpassable resolution in comparison with the fish eye. The camera can be focused exactly on the appearance to be recorded.
4. Muff gaps are scanned and measured fully automatically by pushing a button (optical zoom)
5. All inspection results are available in compliance with standards (e.g. EN 13508-2) at the end of the inspection run.
6. Comparison of multiple inspections is possible even after many years (fold-out pipe view).
7. An experienced operator only needs one day extra training to operate RPP®.

“2SC - PCO” – Dual Solenoid Control For Positioning And Scada Control : The SINGER (Canada) Model 106 / 206 - 2SC - PCO, Dual Solenoid Control for Positioning and SCADA Control, is employed to mimic the operations and applications of mechanically operated pilots with the use of electrically driven pilot solenoids. In brief, with the employment of the 2SC - PCO, two pilot solenoids are operated to keep two independent signals “matched”. The 2SC - PCO is operated to ensure the “process variable signal” follows the “SCADA set point command signal”. The 2SC - PCO can be deployed for when the process variable signal is from a flow meter ( for FLOW management ), pressure sensor ( for PRESSURE management ), level transmitter ( for LEVEL management in RESERVOIRS ) or similarly a quick changing process. The 2SC - PCO can be designed for use with SINGER MCP, Multi-Process Control Panel or the EPC, Single Process Controller. |
